Tire blew out and this company answered the call of my rental company. A very polite, kind young man called ahead to get extra info so he could find me and assist better. Upon arrival he found rim damage that he deemed unsafe and made sure to replace the tire to the best of his ability and escort me to a safe spot for the night.
